Learn how to deactivate two-step verification in your Adobe account.

We recommend that you keep two-step verification enabled for additional account security. However, you can deactivate it in your Adobe account if needed.

  1. Go to https://account.adobe.com/security.
  2. In the Two-step verification section, deactivate two-step verification for the Adobe Account Access app, email, or text messages as a mode of authentication.
Use the toggle to deactivate two-step verification for the Adobe Account Access app.
Use the toggle option to deactivate two-step verification for the available authentication methods.

  1. Confirm that you want to deactivate the two-step verification.

Result

You’ve successfully deactivated two-step verification. After deactivating the two-step verification method, you receive an on-screen message and an email confirming that the change was made.
