Learn how to quickly reset a forgotten password.
- Go to https://account.adobe.com.
- Enter your email address and select Continue.
- Select Reset your password.
- Enter the code sent to your email address or registered phone number.
Note:
If you've set up two-step verification for your account, you'd also be prompted to enter a verification code when attempting to update your password.
- In the Update your password window, type your new password in the New password and Repeat password sections.
- Select Update password.
Result
You've successfully updated your password. Adobe will send you a confirmation email informing you about the change.
