Learn how to easily access your apps and services with a simple tap using the Adobe Account Access app.
Before you begin
You must have an active Adobe account and Adobe Account Access app on your phone. Your 2-step verification should be activated.
Once you've set up your Adobe Account Access app, follow these steps to sign in securely without your password.
- Go to https://account.adobe.com.
- Type your email address, and then select Continue.
- Tap Approve in the notification received on your phone. (If you didn't try to sign in, select Deny)
Note:
Currently, the Adobe Account Access app isn't available for accounts created, owned, and managed by an organization.
Result
You're successfully signed in using the Adobe Account Access app.
