Learn how to add your mobile phone number to your Adobe account to improve your account security, simplify account recovery, and reset your password with ease.
Adding a phone number can help keep your account secure by making it easy to recover if you lose access or reset your password if you have difficulty signing in. When you sign in to your Adobe account, we occasionally remind you to add your mobile phone number.
- Go to https://account.adobe.com/profile.
- In the Account information and access section, select Add next to the Mobile phone option.
- Select your country code, type your mobile phone number, and then select Add.
Note:
You don’t have to add dashes or spaces as part of your mobile number format. The system automatically adds dashes or spaces as per the format required in your country.
- In the pop-up window that opens, enter the six-digit verification code received on your mobile number, and then select Confirm.
- When prompted to Enable mobile notifications, select Turn on.
Result
You've successfully linked your mobile phone number to your Adobe account.
