Learn about closed captions in Adobe Connect.

Closed captions are available in Adobe Connect, both during live sessions and in recorded content. Closed captions allow viewers to follow along with content even in noisy environments, like public transport or busy cafes, where audio might be challenging to hear.

Adobe Connect offers multiple ways to create closed captions during a session. Meeting organizers can hire professional third-party captioning services, assign in-meeting captioners, or use Adobe Connect's live transcription service to provide automated captions.

Captions appear directly in the meeting environment. If the session was transcribed, closed captions are also available during recordings.

Meeting organizers can hire professional captioning services or assign in-meeting captioners to transcribe audio. Participants can view the captions and customize their appearance for better readability.
