The following topics are covered in this article:

Prerequisites for AI blog generation

Before you begin generating blog content with AI, make sure your account settings, user roles, and webinar content meet the necessary requirements:

License and role requirements

Any host can currently access and use the AI blog generation feature. However, future updates are expected to introduce more governance-oriented controls. This may include restricting access to specific roles, such as members of the marketing department or event administrators, who will be responsible for defining and managing blog generation parameters centrally.

Webinar requirements

You can generate a blog only for webinars that you have already delivered in that account. Additionally, the webinar must have an associated transcript of a minimum length.

Recording and content requirements

To generate an AI-powered blog from a recorded webinar, make sure the following prerequisites are met:

  • Transcripts: The account administrator must enable the Turn on automated closed captions for all rooms setting before the webinar is recorded. For best results, ensure the transcript is at least 500 words long.
View Turn on automated closed captions for more information.
Note

A blog may not be generated if the transcript includes objectionable content. View Errors messages and resolution for more information.

  • Language: Webinars conducted in English are only supported.
  • Duration: There must be at least one recording ranging from 15 minutes to 2 hours in length.
  • Presentation materials: If a presentation (PPT/PPTX) was shared during the webinar, it will be processed to enhance the transcript. Images extracted from the presentation will also be included in the generated blog.
Tip

AI Generated Blog focuses primarily on generating content based on webinar transcripts and presentation materials. Here are some key points to consider:

  • The feature helps generate the initial draft of the blog post, including text and images extracted from the presentation slides.
  • You can perform basic editing, such as adding or removing sections and inserting images. However, the tool is not intended to be a comprehensive word processing or formatting tool.
  • The feature assists you in creating initial drafts of blog content based on materials presented in the webinar. While the feature aims to provide accurate and relevant content, it does not guarantee that the generated content will be completely error-free.

We recommend that you thoroughly review and edit the content before publishing to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to your specific guidelines.

Manage your AI Generated blog quota

Adobe Connect includes a quota system to help you plan and manage blog creation:

Blog quota limits

Hosts can generate blogs for all events conducted in the Seminar room. Each blog supports up to four variants.

Note

Limits on blog generation may be introduced in future releases.

Monitor your usage

You can monitor how many webinars and variants you’ve used directly in the interface.

AI Generated blog generation workflow

To get started, open Generate blogs from your past events from the Adobe Connect Central home page or navigate to Events > AI Generated Blogs.
Define key parameters for your blog, including:

  • Brand
  • Product
  • Persona
  • Context
  • Intent
  • Tone
  • Length
  • SEO keywords

These inputs help customize the tone, focus, and structure of your blog to better meet your audience’s needs.

Generate blogs

Select a past event and start generating a blog. Adobe Connect uses the event’s transcript and presentation slides, along with your defined parameters, to generate a blog post draft.

Customization options

Adjust parameters and generate new variants of the blog post. Edit the generated content, including adding or removing sections and images.

Extract and insert images

Adobe Connect automatically extracts images from the presentation slides and includes them in the blog post. You can also manually insert additional images into specific sections of the content.

SEO

Specify SEO keywords to be included in the blog post, helping improve search engine ranking without keyword stuffing.

Download and export

Once you're satisfied with the content, download the blog post in RTF format, along with any included images. You can then export the file to your preferred blogging platform for final publishing.
