Discover how to effortlessly locate tools, permissions, and preferences within an Adobe Connect room by utilizing the search function.

In Adobe Connect, users can conveniently find tools, permissions, and preferences within the room by using the search function located in the top menu bar. The search feature displays up to five matching results. When users select a result, it opens the corresponding menu or dialog. The search can also be accessed using the keyboard shortcut Alt + Q (or Option + Q on macOS).

The Room search feature also helps users to manage their virtual rooms more efficiently. The search bar allows you to quickly find in-room tools, settings, and learning resources without navigating through multiple menus.

Room search also connects with the Learn Hub and Help Assistant (when enabled), giving you instant access to:

  • Contextual video tutorials
  • In-room support and guidance

This streamlined experience helps you stay focused on running your session smoothly.
