On the Photoshop on the web homepage, select Upload file and browse for a file on your device.
Make the colors in your image more vivid or muted with the Saturation (Sponge) tool.
Select Retouch > Saturation (Sponge) .
From the Brush presets dropdown menu, select the required option.
Select the More menu icon in the Brush presets panel to Manage brushes or Reset to default brushes. You can also set the Brush size & hardness and Flow in the options bar.
From the Mode dropdown menu, select the required option:
- Desaturate: Dilutes the color's saturation.
- Saturate: Intensifies the color's saturation.
Select More options and adjust the Angle slider to specify the angle by which an elliptical or sampled brush’s long axis is rotated from the horizontal.
To minimize clipping for fully saturated or desaturated colors, keep the Vibrance option enabled, and to vary the diameter of the Saturation (Sponge) tool based on the brush pressure applied while painting, enable Use pressure for size.
Paint over the area where you want to adjust the saturation.
