Learn how to modify images with the Transform tool.

The Transform tool offers some of the most fundamental ways to modify the images. Transforming includes scaling and rotating, skewing, warping, and applying perspective to change an image's orientation. You can apply transformations to a selection, an entire layer, multiple layers, or a layer mask.

On the Photoshop on the web homepage, select Upload file and browse for a file on your device.

Select Size & position > Transform .

In the options bar, select the required transform option: Free transformSkewDistort, and Perspective

Tip

Free transform allows to apply transformations (Rotate, Scale, Skew, Distort, and apply Perspective) in one continuous operation.

Adjust the Rotation angle in the options bar.

Drag any of the handles of the transform bounding box that appears to apply the selected transformation.

You can further use the Contextual task bar to rotate and flip your selection.
