After generating your AI-powered blog post, Adobe Connect offers a range of tools to help you fine-tune and manage your content. Whether you're editing text, updating images, shortening content for different channels, or creating customized variants, this section walks you through every step.

Select the section you want to edit. You can make changes directly to the text, such as rephrasing sentences, adding new content, or correcting errors. Basic text editing options are available, allowing you to format the text as needed.

For example, if you need to change the tone or correct a factual error, you can directly edit the text in the relevant section.

Shorten your blog content

Adobe Connect allows you to create concise versions of your AI-generated blog posts to improve clarity and readability. Focus on the key messages and remove unnecessary details while preserving the core message. Shortened content is ideal for summaries, social media posts, or readers who prefer brief information.

To shorten the content:

  1. Select the text you want to shorten.

  2. Select Shorten.

Replace images in a blog

You can update the visuals in your AI-generated blog to better align with your content and brand. Use high-quality images from your Adobe Connect webinar or presentation materials to better support your content and enhance the reader experience. Updating visuals ensures your blog remains aligned with your brand identity and improves overall visual appeal.

To replace the images in a blog:

  1. Select the area in the blog where you want to insert an image. For example, to change the banner image on the blog, select the image.

  2. Select the image you want to insert from the left pane.

  3. Select Insert image. The selected image replaces the image in the blog.

How to insert an image with the text

  1. Select any text in the blog where you want to insert an image.

  2. Select an image in the left pane.

  3. Select Insert image. The selected image is inserted below the text.

Create different blog variants

A variant is a different version of a generated blog, created using modified parameters such as brand, product, persona, context, intent, tone, length, SEO keywords, and keywords to avoid. Each variant can have distinct content based on the specified parameters.

After generating a variant, select View all variants to list of variants of the blog.

The list contains all blog variants and the time of their creation. Additionally, you can see the status of each variant, successfully generated or failed.

You can perform the following operations on a variant:

  • Switch to another variant.
  • Rename a variant.
  • Delete a variant.

Change parameters for a new blog variant

View the current parameters used for its generation. This includes brand, product, persona, context, intent, tone, length, SEO keywords, and keywords to avoid.

To change the parameters, select Change parameters. This will allow you to modify the parameters. You can change any of the parameters, such as brand, product, persona, context, intent, tone, length, SEO keywords, and keywords to avoid.

After changing the parameters, select Generate variant.

Save your customized blog variant

After making the required changes, save the variant:

  1. Select   in the top menu bar.

  2. Select Save as new variant.

Delete the AI Generated blog

Adobe Connect allows you to permanently delete AI-generated blogs and their variants from the interface. Use this feature to keep your workspace organized and ensure only relevant, finalized content remains available for download or further editing. Deleted blogs cannot be recovered, so confirm your selection before proceeding.

Follow these steps to delete the blog:

  1. Go to the Adobe Connect Central dashboard and open the AI Generated Blogs section.

  2. Select Delete blog under the blog title you want to remove.

  3. Select Delete to confirm and permanently remove the blog from your account.

Download your AI Generated blog output

Adobe Connect allows you to download your AI-generated blog content for offline access, sharing, or publishing on other platforms.

To download the blog:

  1. Select Download in the top menu bar.

  2. You can choose one of the following download options:

    • The blog text and all images used in the blog.
    • Only the images used in the blog.

  3. Select Download the blog as an RTF file.

Select the options     from the top bar to access additional actions related to your blog. These quick actions help you review or reuse content and provide status indicators for blog generation.

  • Copy blog textCopies the generated blog content to your clipboard for quick reuse or editing.
  • View transcript: Opens the original webinar transcript used to generate the blog.
  • Generation in progress: Indicates that the blog is still being generated.
