Creative Cloud의 프로젝트 개요를 살펴봅니다.
프로젝트는 조직 내 공유 가능한 위치에 저장되므로 콘텐츠가 개별 사용자와 연결되지 않습니다. 프로젝트 및 프로젝트 멤버는 Admin Console 내의 관리자가 관리할 수 있습니다. 프로젝트 내의 자산을 공유한다는 것은 프로젝트 멤버는 프로젝트 내 모든 자산에 대한 액세스 권한을 상속받을 수 있다는 의미입니다. 모든 Adobe Express 클라우드 문서, 파일, 폴더 및 라이브러리를 프로젝트에 저장할 수 있습니다. 프로젝트에 액세스하려면 파일 > 프로젝트로 이동합니다.
프로젝트에서 지원되는 초대와 권한
공동 작업자에게는 프로젝트 내의 모든 항목에 적용되는 편집 가능 또는 조회 가능 권한을 할당할 수 있습니다. 조직에서 프로젝트를 사용할 수 있도록 설정하면 링크를 통해 프로젝트를 공유할 수 있지만, 사용자가 프로젝트를 다시 탐색하려면 링크가 있어야 합니다.
프로젝트 수준의 공유 외에도 사용자는 개별 문서도 공유할 수 있습니다. 이 공유 문서는 나와 공유됨 섹션에 표시됩니다.
관리자 제어
관리자는 다음과 같은 제어 권한을 갖습니다.
- 계정 내에 저장된 모든 프로젝트에 액세스합니다.
- Admin Console 및 Creative Cloud에서 다음 작업을 수행할 수 있는 기능:
- 새 프로젝트를 만듭니다.
- 기존 프로젝트를 취소, 삭제 및 복원합니다.
- 프로젝트 내 멤버를 관리합니다.
