如何尋找您的發票

註解：

您是團隊客戶嗎？您的發票可在 Admin Console 中取得。 如需詳細資訊，請參閱「管理您的團隊帳戶」。

  1. 登入：https://account.adobe.com/orders。

  2. 選取您計劃或產品的「檢視發票」。

    在「訂單和發票」區段，選取「檢視發票」

     有看到 Adobe 商店的連結嗎？

  3. 選取對應的圖示，以檢視、下載或使用電子郵件傳送您的發票。

團隊客戶？

如果您有適用於團隊的 Creative Cloud 會籍，只有主要管理員可以檢視與您的帳戶相關聯的帳單資訊。

看到 Adobe 商店的連結而不是發票嗎？

如果您在「訂單和發票」區段中看到 Adobe 商店的連結，請依照下方的指示尋找發票。

  1. 在「訂單和發票」區段中，選取「Adobe Store」連結。

  2. 如果出現提示，請輸入您的 Adobe ID (電子郵件地址) 和密碼。

  3. 在「計劃資訊」畫面中，選取「檢視交易記錄」。

  4. 選取您要列印之發票的訂單或交易 ID。

  5. 在出現的畫面中，根據您所在的地區選取「檢視發票」或「訂單詳細資料」。

  6. 在出現的畫面中，根據您所在的地區選取「列印」按鈕或「列印 」按鈕。

  7. 若要列印發票，請選取 PDF 檢視器的「列印」圖示，或在瀏覽器中選擇「檔案 > 列印」。
