Overview of generative credits

The Generative credits framework for generative AI features in Adobe Captivate has been introduced to improve user experience and operational flexibility. This includes a structured rate card that clearly differentiates between Standard and Premium features, enabling users to optimize the value derived from their subscriptions. 

Entitlement overview - monthly generative credits

This table displays the monthly generative credits, entitlement limits, and feature access for each license type, enabling you to manage usage effectively:

Generative credits FAQ

1. What are generative credits?

Generative credits are units used to measure and manage the consumption of generative AI features in Adobe Captivate.

2. How are generative credits allocated?

Credits are allocated based on the user's subscription type. For example, individual users receive 25 credits per month, while enterprise users receive unlimited standard feature generations and 700 credits per month per user for the Generate avatar(premium feature).

3. Do unused generative credits carry over to the next month?

No, unused generative credits do not carry over to the next month. 

4. What happens if I exhaust my generative credits?

If you run out of generative credits, you’ll need to purchase additional ones. Please note: any credits you buy must be used within the same month, as they won’t roll over to the next month.

5. How do I check my remaining generative credits?

To check your remaining generative credits:

  1. Visit your Adobe account page.
  2. Select your profile avatar in the upper-right corner.
  3. Your available generative credits will be displayed in your user profile interface.
