Error notification when accessing libraries

Last updated on Sep 2, 2025

Try these solutions to troubleshoot the “Requested library is not available” error when selecting libraries in Zapier.

Zap linked to a deleted Creative Cloud library

Try accessing the library in Creative Cloud and then proceed to edit the Zap. If the library was accidentally deleted, you can restore it from the Deleted section in your Creative Cloud account.

Note

A Zap is a workflow that connects your apps to automate repetitive tasks.

No library found in the connected Creative Cloud account

Create a library in the Creative Cloud account you're using for the trigger event or use a different Creative Cloud account that already has an existing library.

Connected Creative Cloud has no libraries

If Zapier is connected to an outdated Creative Cloud account with no libraries, it may not display any information.

Log in to your Zapier account.

Select the Create button from the left panel and then select Zaps.

Select the Trigger button and then select Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries from Your top apps section.

Under Setup > Account, select the dialog box, and then select Connect a new account.

Select the Trigger button or dialog box in the center panel. Then, in the right panel, navigate to Setup > Account. Select the Account dropdown, and choose the blue “Connect a new account” button from the menu.
