Preferences overview
The Preferences page on Adobe Content Authenticity (Beta) enables you to customize the information you want to include in your Content Credentials, such as your verified name, social media accounts, and generative AI training and usage preferences.
Your selections can be used across supporting Adobe apps when applying Content Credentials to your work.
Adobe Content Authenticity preferences allow you to add the following information to Content Credentials:
Your Adobe account name |
Your social media accounts |
Your generative AI training and usage preference |
When you make changes to your preference selections, they are saved automatically, but you may need to refresh your preferences in supporting apps to reflect these changes.
Supported apps
These preferences are currently supported by Adobe Content Authenticity and Adobe Premiere, and your selections will apply to both apps. Over time, we expect more apps to support these preferences, allowing you to manage your Content Credentials preferences in one place across Adobe apps.
Some apps like Photoshop and Lightroom don't support these preferences yet and offer their own Content Credentials preferences directly within the app. Those preferences may differ from what is available with Adobe Content Authenticity preferences. For example, the ability to include your verified name and generative AI training and usage preference isn't available in these apps.
Syncing preferences in apps
Your Adobe Content Authenticity preferences changes are saved automatically once you connect accounts, or select or deselect a preference. In Adobe Content Authenticity, they are available to use immediately. However, in apps like Adobe Premiere, you may need to select the refresh button 🔄 in the space where you have enabled Content Credentials to sync your preferences and use your latest selections.
