Share links to assets in Gmail

Learn how to share Creative Cloud asset links in Gmail with the Creative Cloud add-on.

Adobe Creative Cloud for Gmail add-on lets you share files and libraries, like XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom assets directly in your emails. 

Log in to your Gmail account and open the email inbox where you want to use the Creative Cloud add-on.

Select the Add Adobe CC assets icon at the bottom of the message inbox.

In the Adobe Creative Cloud dialog box, search for the asset in the Search your files text box. or navigate to the asset, and then select Insert.

Navigate to the asset you want to insert, and then select Insert.

Select the Insert button next to the library you want to share

Select Insert to confirm. The recipients can access the asset via the shared link in the email.

Note

Enterprise users cannot create public links if restricted by admin sharing policies. Contact your admin to allow public link sharing for your Adobe account.
