Creative Cloud Core Service can display security-related errors on Windows. Learn how to resolve these errors.
When you modify your network setup, such as adding a new Domain Name System (DNS) server, changing routers, or switching your Internet Service Provider (ISP), you may receive a security alert from Creative Cloud Core Service. This alert is typically caused by DNS cache corruption.
DNS cache is corrupted
To fix the issue, clear the DNS cache by following these steps:
Right-click the Command Prompt app and select Run as administrator.
In the User Account Control window that opens, select Yes.
Type the command ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Restart the device to apply the changes.
