Use Creative Cloud Libraries to organize, access, and share design assets across Adobe apps

Features

  • Collect assets: Collect design assets created in various apps, such as color palettes, character styles, logos, or mnemonics. A library can contain up to 10,000 assets.
  • Organize and share: Organize design assets into groups or save them into separate libraries based on brands, projects, types of assets, or clients. Share libraries with individuals or team members to collaborate effectively.
  • Incorporate into designs: Use the up-to-date assets from your libraries to create unified designs, websites, brochures, presentations, artwork, and more.

Access libraries in Creative Cloud apps

You can create and access libraries from the different Creative Cloud apps.

Note
  • You can also access Creative Cloud libraries in other apps, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Zapier, and Gmail.
  • The maximum file size for a single library element is 1GB.
  • A library can have up to 1000 collaborators with view or edit permissions. If the library is public, it can have unlimited collaborators.
