You need to get a unique referral link to activate and sign up for an Adobe Express account.

Complete the steps to activate your account.
You'll get access to Adobe Express for free, and once you sign in, you can start creating in Adobe Express.
Eligibility
- You must be new to Adobe Express and have never created or used an account on Adobe Express before.
- You must activate your account using the referrer’s unique referral link.
- You must activate your account with a personal or work email and validate your account if prompted.
- You can’t use multiple referral links.
