Learn how to add comments, tag team members, filter, and resolve comments while collaborating on files in Adobe Express.

Follow along with any file to learn how to add comments. 

Add general comments to the file

Open a shared file in Adobe Express.

Select Comment    from the header.

Use the Comments panel and add your comments to the Add a comment field.

Tip

When you comment, type an @ sign followed by the person's name or email address to tag and notify them.

Select Submit.

Add contextual comments to design elements

Open a shared file in Adobe Express.

Select an object in your design and then select the Comment     icon.

Select the comment icon above the editor and place a pin on your design.

Type your comment in the dialog box and use @ to tag a team member. 

Move the pin anywhere to improve visibility or place it on a different object to connect your comment to the correct asset.

Select Submit.

Use the Filter icon to filter comments by Reviewer, Time, Status, or Unread.

Select the Resolve icon to mark comments as resolved.
