Co-teacher

Perform all actions available to the lead teacher, including creating and managing assignments, adding or removing students, and inviting co-teachers. Co-teachers can also remove the lead teacher from the classroom, access class galleries, receive notifications, and perform student-visible actions such as inviting students and commenting.

Note

When a co-teacher invites students or comments on their work, their name is visible to students.

Access and notifications

  • Once invited, a classroom automatically appears in the co-teacher’s Classrooms tab in Adobe Express, even if they miss the email notification.
  • Email invitations are just reminders.

Limits

  • Up to 100 co-teachers can be added to a classroom.
  • A lead teacher can remove a co-teacher anytime in Class settings.

Requirements

  • All teachers must use education-verified Adobe accounts, usually school emails.
  • Teacher accounts must belong to the same district or an approved organization setup.
