Edit templates in Projects in a few simple steps.

Before you begin:

Create templates with brand restrictions and save them to Files or Projects. This feature is available for Teams and Enterprise plans.

On the Adobe Express homepage, go to Your stuff to find your templates in Files > Custom templates or in Projects within the saved project.

Select the template, and then select Template options.

To move the template location, select Move and choose the desired destination. You can move templates between folders within the same project, or across different projects. You can also copy it into another project or file.

You can also perform actions like Share, Rename, Duplicate, Delete, or Copy.

To make changes to the template or template settings, select Edit template.

You can now make changes to the page or the template settings.

Note

The template changes are saved upon exit, but are not visible to others unless they are published. If there are unpublished changes, the Template editor button in the header will display Unpublished changes when hovered over.
