Learn how to move your templates to Projects to see improved features and performance.

We're improving how templates work, and to take advantage of these updates, you’ll need to move your templates from Brands to Projects. Moving the templates to Projects will provide the following benefits.

  • Improved performance and editing experience
  • Ability to re-edit templates at any time
  • Easily organize templates in Projects
  • Link templates to multiple brands
  • Improved template previews
  • Ability to share individual templates with collaborators
Alert

Templates not moved by February 28, 2026, will no longer be usable. You can continue using the existing templates until you move them. Refer to the most commonly asked questions on template migration.

From Adobe Express Home, navigate to Brands.

Select Move templates on your Brand card.

In the Move templates dialog box, select the destination project.

Select the Maintain template organization checkbox to keep the current order of templates. The current template structure is maintained only when they have been organized into custom groups.

Select the Copy permissions checkbox to retain the existing access settings for users who can copy the templates.

Note

Keep this checked to ensure users retain access to templates after they’re moved and automatically copy brand permissions, so users with view or edit access to the brands will have the same access in Projects.

Select Move.

Navigate to Your stuff > Projects to access your templates.
