Shape how recipients experience your PDF Space from the first touchpoint.
PDF Spaces enables owners to turn a collection of files into an interactive experience. You can tailor the layout, refine AI‑generated content, and add audio or podcasts to tell a clear, engaging story. You control what recipients see first and how they engage with content across devices and scenarios.
Arrange the items
Control the structure and flow of your PDF Space by arranging what appears first and removing undesired items.
Hover over the top of an item until the hand cursor appears, then click and hold to drag the item to your desired position.
To edit the title, select Edit , update the text and styling, and then select Done
To remove an item, hover over it and select Delete > Remove.
Edit the AI-generated text summary
Refine AI-generated content to reflect your intent before sharing with recipients.
Hover over the AI‑generated summary and select Edit
Edit the text directly to adjust wording, tone, or emphasis.
Select Done to update.
Customize the AI-generated audio summary
Fine‑tune audio content by editing its transcript instead of regenerating it.
Select Edit in the Audio summary to update what recipients hear.
Edit the transcript directly to revise wording, add context, or remove items.
Select Add content to add a new item, then enter your text.
Select Delete on any item you don’t want to include.
Select Update to apply your changes and refresh the audio summary.
Add and manage items
Create a more engaging and branded experience by adding podcasts, text items, and notes to your PDF Space.
Select Add content under the item you want to add more information to.
Note
You can also reorder and rename files in the Files view.
Choose Text to add written context, instructions, or guidance. Enter and format your content as needed, and select Done
Select Notes to write short callouts or reminders for readers, and select Done
Generate a two‑speaker podcast and add it to the Overview page to present your content in a conversational format.
Add a logo
Add your logo to brand PDF Space and help recipients instantly recognize the content's source.
Select Add content > Logo to brand your PDF Space.
Note
Logos can currently be added only to the top of the Overview page.
Choose your logo image from the file picker.
Adjust the zoom, select a landscape or square layout, and then select Next.
Choose the logo size and placement that best fit the page.
Select Add to overview to apply the logo.
Your PDF Space now delivers a designed, narrative‑led experience where recipients can quickly understand, listen to, and engage with what matters most.
