Add text to designs

Learn how to add text to a design in Adobe Express.

  1. Open a design in the Adobe Express editor.

  2. Select Text from the left panel and then select Add your text.

  3. Type in your text or select the three-dot   icon, then Paste, to insert copied text.

    Note
    • Select the three-dot   icon to Duplicate, Copy, or reposition the text in front or behind other design assets, and more.
    • Use the   icon to add a hyperlink to your text. To remove the text, use the   icon.
  4. Select the text box to open the Text properties panel, where you can adjust the font, size, color, alignment, Text layouts, and more.

Tip

After adding your text, elevate it with shadow effects and refine the content using Rewrite.
