Start from professionally designed templates in Adobe Express and easily replace the existing content with your own to create documents like reports, newspaper layouts, and more. Structure and format your text using Text flow in your text boxes for a seamless flow across your document.
Hover a task and select Browse templates.
Select a template from the left panel and then select a text box on the page.
Use Ctrl/Cmd + A to select all the text and replace by pasting your own text using Ctrl/CMD + V.
If multiple text boxes exist, overflowing text will automatically flow into the following text boxes.
Use the following quick menu options to organize the layout:
- Drag the resize icon to resize the text flow box when text is overflowing.
- Select the add icon to add a new linked text flow box.
- Select the combine icon to combine text flows.
- Select the stop icon to stop a text flow.
- Select the drag icon to drag and move a text flow box.
Customize your template further by replacing the page background, applying brand colors, adding text effects, and more.
Select Download to save the template to your device, or select Share to collaborate with your team.
