Connect Instagram for business account

Learn how to connect Adobe Express Content Scheduler to Instagram through your Facebook account.

Before you begin:

As per Meta's policy, third-party tools can no longer integrate with or manage Instagram Personal profiles. Automatic publishing is only available for Instagram Business and Creator accounts linked to Facebook Pages. We recommend switching to a Business or Creator account and linking it to a Facebook Page you manage to enable the scheduling of all post types. Review these resources for step-by-step guidance.

  1. On the Adobe Express homepage, select Schedule.

  2. Select the Manage connections tool.

  3. Select Add new for Instagram, and then Connect.

  4. Select Connect via Facebook. Connect all Instagram profiles to your Facebook Page to enable automatic publishing.

  5. Ensure you’re logged into the correct Facebook account, then select Continue.

  6. Select all the Instagram Business accounts you want to link with Adobe Express and select Next.

  7. Select all the Facebook pages you want to connect to.

    Tip

    Choose Select all to connect all Facebook Pages for ease. You’ll be able to select the correct account in the next step.

  8. Ensure all permissions are toggled to yes. Select Done.

  9. Select the account you want to connect to Adobe Express Content Scheduler. Once you’ve received confirmation that your account is linked, select Return to Adobe Express.

Note

Connections to social media accounts expire after 60 days. To keep posting without interruption, reconnect your accounts from Schedule > Manage connections. Select Reconnect next to each account when needed.
