Type in LinkedIn Ads in the search bar and select Linkedin Ads.

Select Learn more > Add to install the add-on.

Select Open, then Connect on the right panel. Enter your LinkedIn login credentials and select Sign in.

Add images and text to build your ad, using the LinkedIn-optimized video templates and editing tools available in Adobe Express.

In the LinkedIn Ads add-on panel, enter the Design name, select the Ad account from the dropdown, choose a File format, and then select Upload.

Select Upload to LinkedIn ads to export your design to LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Once the design is uploaded, you'll see a confirmation message. A hyperlink will be available so you can go directly to LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
