Safe zones help you design within the visible display areas specific to each platform, ensuring your posts appear polished and professional on a multitude of formats like Instagram Reels Ad, Instagram Story, Facebook Story, LinkedIn Video Ad, and many more.

Note:
- Safe zones must be manually toggled on when editing your design with Adobe Express.
- The overlay is only visible while editing and will not appear in your exported design.
- A brief tooltip may appear the first time you use the feature, but the learn coachmark is no longer auto-displayed.

In the top properties bar, select Safe zones.

Select an ad or social media format from the menu. Learn more about the available supported formats.

Once selected, layout guides appear on your canvas to show the visible safe areas.

Use these guides to snap your content into position within the designated Safe zones.

To hide the overlay, select Safe zones.
