Add review and approval workflows to shareable templates

Learn how to add review and approval workflows for shareable templates in Adobe Express to keep your team’s designs on-brand and produce content at speed.

Note:
  • This feature is available for Teams and Enterprise plans. 
  • Creating from a shared template that requires approval will need to be approved before publishing options are enabled.
  1. Open the file in Adobe Express that you want to share as a reusable template.

  2. Select the Share button from the header, then Make a template 

  3. In the Make a template panel, select Review and approve > Simple review.

    Select Review and approve > Simple review to add review and approval workflows to a template in Adobe Express

  4. Use the Add name or email bar to add one or more approvers to the template. You can add up to three approvers.

    Note: Only one review is required, ensuring publishing stays on track even if another approver is unavailable. The approver must be part of your Teams or Enterprise account.

  5. Select Save template.

A shareable template is created and saved to your Brand or Library. You can select Copy link to share the review file.
