Add review and approval workflows to templates

Learn how to add review and approval workflows for shareable templates in Adobe Express to keep your team’s designs on-brand and produce content at speed.

This feature is available for Teams and Enterprise plans. 

Set up a simple review in Adobe Express

Open a file in Adobe Express.

Select the Share button from the header, and then Convert to template 

In the Convert to template panel, select Review and approve > Simple review.

In the Add name or email section, enter up to three approvers who are part of your Teams or Enterprise account.

Select Keep a copy of this file to create a duplicate file and save it to your personal files.

Select Convert to template.

Select Invite to share the template.

Set up an advanced review in Workfront

By setting up an advanced review, your team can create automated workflows and send Adobe Express files to Workfront for review. A Workfront Standard License is required to set up an advanced review in Workfront. If you have multiple Workfront instances, make sure you are using the one that remixers have access to. Templates must be created by Workfront admins in Workfront Proof

Open a file in Adobe Express.

Select the Share button from the header, and then Convert to template 

In the Convert to template panel, select Review and approval > Advanced Review.

From the Select template dropdown, choose your approval template.

Review the details of your approval workflow and select Convert to template.
