Personal profile unavailable after upgrading to Adobe Express for Teams

Try this solution to resolve issues with your personal profile being unavailable after upgrading to Adobe Express for Teams.

After upgrading to Adobe Express for Teams, you have to sign in using your Business profile. If your personal profile isn't available as a selection during login, it may be due to automatic profile selection settings. To regain access to your personal profile, follow these steps:

  1. Once you're logged in, go to Account and Security > Sign-in and Security.

  2. Turn off the Select my profile automatically option.

  3. Log out and try logging in again. 

Tip:

Disabling automatic profile selection allows you to choose between your personal and business profiles when signing in.
