Learn how to combine and remix elements from multiple images directly on the canvas to create unique visuals.

The Remix feature in Firefly Boards (beta) enables you to experiment with different visual styles by blending elements from multiple images placed on the canvas. Using the Firefly Image Model, you can generate a fresh set of image variations, with the option to refine them through auto-generated text prompts. This approach enhances the visual appeal of your board by producing unique, cohesive imagery, saving you the time and effort of creating each element manually.

Before you begin

Add images to your artboard or the canvas.

  1. Select more than one image to enable additional editing and arrangement options.

  2. Select the Remix icon.

The images in the board are selected and from the context menu, the Remix option is selected.
Select the images on the board that you want to remix and generate new variations for.

  3. A new set of image variations gets generated and displayed in a grid format.

The remixed image variations are now available and placed on the canvas, indicating that the Firefly image model was used to generate them.
The remixed image variations are added to the canvas, along with an indication of the image model used to generate them.

  4. To refine the generated image variations, select them individually and use the Load option to populate the prompt bar with their associated text prompt automatically. After changing the text prompt, generate a new set of image variations using the Generate button.

One of the remixed images is selected on the board, and the option to load the prompt used for its generation is highlighted.
To refine the text prompt of the remixed images, select the Load option to populate the prompt field with the remixed text description.
