Last updated on Oct 22, 2025

Learn how to edit or delete text within any image added to the canvas, all while preserving the integrity of the original image.

With Boards, editing and deleting text within any image on the canvas is seamless and non-destructive. Whether you're fine-tuning a design, fixing a typo, adding new content, or deleting outdated text, you can modify or delete text elements without affecting the background, preserving the original image’s integrity while making updates with ease and precision.

  • Firefly now intelligently detects text objects that share the same baseline and treats them as a single editable line, preserving original styling and layout.
  • You can edit entire lines or select specific words or characters within that line.
  • Multi-line editing is not supported in this release.
