Partner models in Firefly Creative Production for Enterprise

Partner models are third-party generative AI models that Adobe makes available within Firefly Creative Production for Enterprise. They provide enterprise teams with additional model choice inside governed creative production workflows, allowing organizations to choose the model that best fits specific tasks while maintaining workflow orchestration, governance, and execution in one environment.

Adobe integrated partner models to provide flexibility and choice in the models teams use for creative production. Firefly Creative Production for Enterprise enables teams to access both Adobe and approved partner capabilities within the same enterprise workflow environment, allowing model selection based on task requirements while keeping workflow orchestration, governance, and execution unified.

For eligible generally available Google and OpenAI media generation models made available through Firefly Creative Production for Enterprise, Adobe provides indemnification for certain copyright infringement claims under the customer's applicable Adobe terms.

This coverage differs from Firefly indemnification. It does not cover trademark, publicity rights, or privacy rights claims. Coverage may not apply where a customer knew or should have known an output was infringing, lacked rights to the input, or did not follow applicable safety features or usage guidelines.

Adobe evaluates partner models based on factors such as customer demand, feasibility, and quality. For Firefly Creative Production for Enterprise, Adobe brings in partner models that fit the product’s enterprise workflow and production use cases.

In Firefly Creative Production for Enterprise, you can select between Adobe models and partner models in supported workflow steps where partner model access is available. Adobe may also support additional third-party model access through custom nodes or custom actions configured for an organization.

When you use a partner model, Adobe may share the prompt and the input files or references needed to generate the requested output. This represents the minimum data required to complete the generation or edit.

Customers do not need separate partner terms for Adobe-surfaced partner models. If a customer uses a custom node or custom action with its own provider key, that use may also be governed by the customer's direct terms with the provider.
