Download and install a trial

Learn how to download, install, and launch trial versions of Creative Cloud apps.

Go to the Creative Cloud apps catalog.

Find the app you want to download (such as Illustrator), and then select Free trial.

The Creative Cloud apps catalog page shows the available apps or products with options to search for products, apply filters, and buy products or get a free trial. — You can try any Creative Cloud app for 7 days.

Choose a plan and select Continue.

The Choose a plan window shows the available plans, and options to view all plans and pricing, select a subscription, and add a 7-day free trial for Adobe Stock. — You can also include a 7-day free trial of Adobe Stock by selecting the checkbox in Pick a subscription.

Enter your email address and select Continue.

The payments page shows a text box to enter your email address and your plan details, and options to continue or return to the previous page. — If you have signed in to your Adobe account, you may not get this window.

Select your preferred payment method.

Enter your payment information, and then select Agree and subscribe.

Note

Your trial period is free, and you can cancel online anytime without any fees.

Select Get Started to begin the download.

The Creative Cloud desktop app installs and manages the app installation automatically. After the installation, your app opens automatically. If you encounter an error while downloading or installing your app, search the troubleshooting page for solutions.
