Change install location of your Creative Cloud apps

Learn how to change the default install location for Creative Cloud apps.

All Creative Cloud apps are installed at the default location on your system. However, you can change the install location for your apps in the Creative Cloud desktop app. Follow these steps to install your apps in a new location:

Select the Account icon in the upper right corner, and then select Preferences.

Select Apps from the left panel.

Select the edit icon  next to the Install location option and select the location where you want to install your Creative Cloud apps.

Select Done to apply the changes.

Once done, your apps will install in the new location.
