Find serial number for your Adobe purchases

Learn how to find the serial number needed to activate, reinstall, or upgrade your product if you registered or purchased it directly from the Adobe website.

Note

Creative Cloud apps generally don't require serial numbers for access. Learn how to troubleshoot when the Creative Cloud app prompts you for a serial number.

Sign in to your Adobe account.

Go to Registered products, and note down the app’s serial number.

The Registered products section in the Products page of your Adobe account shows all the registered apps and their serial number.
The serial number is unique for each license of the app.
