Are Creative Cloud 2023 apps supported by my operating system?
Creative Cloud desktop apps work with the latest operating systems for macOS and Windows and two prior versions. Most Creative Cloud 2023 desktop apps work with the following operating systems:
- Windows 11 versions 23H2, 22H2, 21H2, and Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2 (LTSB branches aren't supported).
- macOS 14 (Sonoma), macOS 13 (Ventura), and macOS 12 (Monterey)

Adobe XD will continue to support Windows 10 versions 19H2 and 20H1.
Why should I keep my operating system current?
We focus our development efforts on more recent versions of Windows and macOS operating systems to ensure peak performance and security. Our product offerings are in line with the latest support policies from Microsoft and Apple for their operating systems. For optimal performance and security, we recommend you keep the operating system of your computer up to date.
What operating system version do I have?
Follow the instructions for your operating system.
- macOS: From the Apple menu, select About This Mac. The version number of the macOS you're using appears directly below the macOS name. For details, see Find out which macOS your Mac is using.

What should I do if I can't upgrade my operating system?
If you can't upgrade your operating system right now, you can continue to use the currently installed version of your Creative Cloud apps—although functionality may be limited—until you can upgrade.
