Migrate Frame.io user management to the Admin Console
Contact your Frame.io account team to transition eligible V4 accounts to centralized user management.
Frame.io's web and mobile apps are available in English, Japanese, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, and Brazilian Portuguese.
Before contacting your account team, verify that your organization meets the eligibility requirements and identify the stakeholders who will need to participate in the migration planning.
- Frame.io V4 enterprise account (accounts created October 2024 or later, or accounts that have already migrated to V4)
- Adobe Organization that doesn’t use the Global Admin Console
- System Admin access to verify your current Frame.io account version
- Contact information for your Frame.io account team
Verify eligibility and request migration
Confirm that your Adobe organization doesn't use the Global Admin Console by signing in to the Adobe Admin Console and checking your organization structure.
Contact your Frame.io account team and request migration to Adobe Admin Console user management.
Work with your account team to understand the migration timeline, plan for potential service interruptions, and coordinate with stakeholders across your organization.
Once your team completes migration, you manage Frame.io users and assign roles in Adobe Admin Console instead of Frame.io’s interface. Existing users retain their access and permissions during the transition.
If your account does not meet the eligibility criteria, contact your Frame.io account team to explore options for becoming eligible for Adobe Admin Console user management.
