Add or revoke an app integration
Control which third-party apps access your organizational content.
Authorize Adobe Exchange apps to extend Creative Cloud functionality and choose which extensions can access organizational content through authorization policies.
Before you begin
You’ll need:
- System admin role in the Admin Console
- Authorization policy configured for your organization
Add and configure an app integration
Select Add integrations.
In the Select app integration screen, select an app from the list or search for apps on Adobe Exchange.
Review the app details in the Integration details screen, then select Next.
Choose how users access this integration:
- Default to allow all users
- Specify which users can access this app integration to limit this integration to specific users or user groups
- Block all user access to this app integration without granting immediate access.
Choose users or user groups from the Admin Console directory (if you specified limited access)
Select Add app integration to complete the configuration.
The app integration now appears in your App Integrations list. Authorized users can connect the app to their Adobe accounts.
If you block all user access during setup, you can manage access later by selecting the integration from Products > App Integrations and updating the authorization policy.
Revoke user consent for app integrations
Navigate to Products > App Integrations and select the User-accepted integrations tab.
Select View users for the integration you want to manage.
Select one or more users from the list whose access you want to revoke.
Select Revoke to remove their consent and access to the requested content.
Revoking consent removes the user's authorization for the app to access their Adobe content. Users can grant access again if the integration policy allows it.
