Manage app integration access policy
Control which users can access app integrations at the organization or individual app level.
After adding app integrations from Adobe Exchange to your Admin Console, you can control access at two levels: organization-wide policies that apply to all integrations, or individual policies for specific apps. You might temporarily block all integrations during a security review, or restrict a specific app to selected teams while keeping it available to others.
Access policies determine whether all users can access an integration, only specified users or user groups can, or no one can. These policy changes take effect immediately for all affected users.
Before you begin
You’ll need:
- System admin role in the Admin Console
- Authorization policy for your organization
Configure organization-wide access policy
Select Details at the top of the App Integrations tab.
Choose Allow users to access any app integrations to give all users access to every integration you've added, or select Block all users from accessing app integrations to restrict access organization-wide temporarily.
Select Save to apply your changes.
When you need more granular control, manage access policies for individual integrations rather than applying organization-wide settings.
Configure access for individual app integrations
Navigate to Products > App Integrations and select the Admin Authorizations tab.
Select Manage for the integration you want to configure.
In the Set authorization policy screen, choose Allow all users to access this app integration for broad access, specify which users can access this app integration to select specific users or user groups, or Block all user access to this app integration to prevent all access.
If you selected to specify users, select Add Users or Add User Groups, then choose from your organization's Admin Console users and groups.
Select Save to apply the policy.
