Add notes for users
Add notes on the Adobe account page to provide organization-specific support resources to your end users.
System administrators can add custom notes with Helpdesk contact information, knowledge base links, support email addresses, or phone numbers to guide end users to internal support. These notes are visible to all users in your organization.
Add or edit support notes
Locate the Notes for users section on the Console settings page.
Select Add to configure notes for the first time or select Edit to modify existing notes.
Enter your support information in the text field, including relevant links, email addresses, phone numbers, or instructions for contacting your Helpdesk.
Select Save to publish the notes to all users in your organization.
Include multiple contact methods, such as your Helpdesk portal URL, support email, and phone number, in your notes. Keep information concise and scannable.
Support notes display exactly as you entered them in the Admin Console, so review formatting and test any links before saving.
