Use any of your PowerPoint files and follow along to learn how to manage the presentation pages.

  1. On the Adobe Express homepage, select Start from your content to upload a PowerPoint presentation from your device.

    Tip

    You can also get started with high-quality presentation templates in Adobe Express. In the editor, select Templates from the left panel and type Presentation in the Search bar.

  2. Customize the presentation using Adobe Express editing tools.

  3. Use the page management bar to drag and rearrange pages to change their order in your presentation.

  4. Hover over a page and select Page actions   to complete these tasks:

    • To add a new blank page, select Insert new page.
    • To add a page from the presentation template, select Insert template page.
    • To duplicate a page as a new slide, select Duplicate.
    • To hide a slide during the presentation, select Skip page. The page will appear grayed out in the page management bar with the skip page   icon.
    • To delete a page, select Delete page.
    • To edit a video's timeline on the page, select Edit timeline.
    • To add transition effects between slides, select Add transition. In the Transitions panel, you can apply effects, choose an effect, and, if desired, apply the effect to all pages by selecting Apply to all pages

    Use the Page actions menu to add transition effects and manage your presentation slides with ease.

  5. Select View all pages  in the page management bar to view all the presentation pages together.

  6. Select Presenter notes   to add your speaker notes.

  7. Once your slides are ready, present them in full-screen mode in Adobe Express.
