Open the file that needs review and complete your edits.
Design owners can add review and approval workflows to ensure templates are approved before publishing, maintaining brand consistency. Follow these steps to request design approval and publish the design once it's approved.
- This feature is available for Teams and Enterprise plans.
- Adobe Express files requiring approval have limited publishing options. All publishing options are disabled until the file is approved.

Send a design for approval

Select Request approval from the header.
Select 'Request approval' to submit your design for review Select 'Request approval' to submit your design for review -
Select Send.
For Simple approval, an email and in-app notification are sent to the approvers. However, you can also select Copy link to share the review file directly with the approver in a message.
Review design feedback
If you’re sent feedback, make the requested edits, and select Resubmit. You can’t publish the design unless it’s approved.
Cancel the review request
You can cancel the review at any time by selecting Cancel Request and confirming. By cancelling a request, all feedback and review artifacts will be deleted. Alternatively, you can select Edit to continue editing the file and pause your review. Once you're done editing, you can resubmit the file.
Publish the design
Once your design is approved, you'll receive an email confirmation and an in-app notification. Open the design in Adobe Express to download and publish the file.
