Specify default audio transitions

Specifying default audio transitions in Premiere Pro can streamline your video editing workflow and help you maintain consistency in your projects.
- Open the Effects panel (Window > Effects).
- Select Audio Transitions > Crossfade.
- Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (macOS) the transition.
- Choose Set Selected As Default Transition from the context menu.
Result
The selected transition becomes the default transition.
