Assign VR properties to sequences

Learn how to easily assign VR properties to a sequence in Premiere Pro.

Before you begin

Ensure that the video that you have added to the sequence is a VR video.

  1. In the Timeline or Project panel, select the VR sequence.
  2. Select Sequence from the menu bar and then Sequence Settings.
  3. In the Sequence Settings dialog box, select the VR Properties tab.
  4. Use the VR Properties section to edit the details.
The VR Properties tab shows the VR properties and property details that can be changed based on the project requirements.

  • Projection – Specify the projection format to display the selected sequence. For example, specify projection as Equirectangular, indicating that the clip is a 360-degree image wrapped around a sphere.
  • Layout – Specify the layout of the VR video. For example, specify as Monoscopic layout for clips with dimensions of 2:1.
  • Horizontal Captured View and Vertical – Specify the horizontal or vertical captured view from the default degrees.

Result

You have assigned VR properties to the selected sequence in Premiere Pro. You can follow these steps to add VR properties to an existing sequence or create a sequence that includes the VR properties.
