Learn how to remove a green, purple, or pink haze in an image in the Source or Program monitors or the exported file in Premiere Pro.
Green, purple, or pink haze is visible
A green, purple, or pink haze appears in the Source Program monitor or the exported file when the Intel GPU drivers on your system are incompatible or your driver is out of date.
This issue can be seen in Adobe Premiere Pro 13 and later.
Driver is out of date. Update your device driver
You need Intel Driver version 24.20.100.6286 to fix this issue.
Video rendering settings need to be adjusted
If updating the device driver doesn’t correct the issue, or you already have the correct driver, change the video rendering settings as follows:
- Select File > Project Settings > General > Video Rendering and Playback > Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.
- Select OK.
