Auto Color in Premiere Pro uses Adobe Sensei ML technology to apply intelligent color corrections to video clips.

Color corrections are basic adjustments, such as exposure, white balance, and contrast, that enhance the look of your footage. Typically, color corrections are applied before doing creative color grading.

Before you begin

Create or import a project. Create a sequence on the timeline. Select Window > Lumetri Color.

  1. In the timeline, position the playhead on the clip.
  2. In the Basic Corrections section at the top of the Lumetri Color panel, select Auto.
Select Auto as the first step in your color grading process.

Adjustments are reflected in the re-organized Basic Correction sliders.

Note:

Auto Color works on source footage, including LOG footage and footage with Look Up Tables (LUTs) applied.
