Learn how to upload media to the Frame.io panel from Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Frame.io will accept any file uploaded to a project. File types that support viewers and reviewing features include all standard video, image, audio, and PDF types.
Frame.io uses an accelerated file uploader, so you don’t need to compress your media beforehand. Upload your largest files, and Frame.io encodes the files into H.264 videos to play seamlessly on the web while making the original file available for download.
Learn about Frame.io and its collaboration capabilities. Enable the Frame.io panel by selecting Window > Workspaces > Review.

Result
After the upload is complete, Frame.io instantly creates hover scrubs for videos, and thumbnails for your still images. Non-media file types are identified with a file icon.
When you use Active Sequence in Premiere Pro or Active Comp in After Effects and choose to upload folders, Frame.io retains the folder structure automatically.
