Error 133 causes installation failure

Error code 133 occurs due to limited storage on your device or an incorrect installation location setting. To resolve the issue, follow these solutions one by one.

Device doesn't have enough free strorage space

Your device lacks sufficient storage space to complete the Adobe app installation or update. Follow these steps to resolve the issue and successfully install your Adobe app.

Free up storage space on your device:

After freeing up some space, select Retry in the error dialog box.

Wait for the installation to complete.

Install the app again.

Installation drive has insufficient space

This error occurs when the Creative Cloud desktop app is configured to install applications on a drive with insufficient storage space.

Follow these steps to change the install location.

In the Creative Cloud desktop app, select the Account icon in the upper right. Then select Preferences.

In the left sidebar, select Apps.

Under Installing, select the edit icon  to change the default install location.

Change the default installation location for your Creative Cloud apps.

Choose the location where you want to install your app. A confirmation message is displayed.

Install the app again.

If the error doesn't resolve after trying both solutions, restart your device.
